My wife and I recently decided to remodel our family room, and convert our wood burning fireplace to a propane fireplace. Being unfamiliar with units and process, we looked at a number of stores in the Danbury area, and others up in central Connecticut. Brian and his staff are extremely knowledgeable on their product (great selection and pricing!), and went above and beyond to ensure that the unit we choose would hit our needs (including coming out to the house to make sure the unit would hit within the existing fireplace space), and to ensure that all of our questions were answered.
