The tear-off meant the potential for crap all over the yard, picking up nails in tires, etc. Nope. The ONLY sign they'd been here at all was one single 2" long scrap of shingle missed in the cleanup. I was amazed.
They boom-loaded the roof of our raised ranch with shingles about a week later, and then they started bright and early the next morning. The crew foreman, and the whole crew, was very knowledgeable, industrious, and polite. I'm retired now, but I owned a construction company many years ago, so I knew what to look for. They did everything just perfect.
When we needed a new roof recently, we planned on getting three bids. Chris Aiello was the second, and after that we saw no need to get the third. Price was very competitive, and we got a very good vibe from Chris.
We hesitated, and decided to save money, and not replace our 30 year old painted aluminum flashing. It's not as pretty as copper, but it still worked just fine. After the crew left, I did a walk around, and noticed the gleaming copper at all the flashing sites. When I mentioned it to Chris, he just said "Yeah, I could see you wished you could have it, so I threw it in."
I had a leaking roof and called Chris Aiello based on someone else’s recommendation. Chris is professional and courteous, and his estimate was reasonable. Although he was very busy he worked me into his schedule right away. Upon replacing the roof it was discovered all of the plywood and some of the 2x6s were rotted and had to be replaced. He managed to fix this and complete the job in one day. He worked with me on pricing and payment after that. Thanks Chris! Highly recommend.
