My parents have been looking for a house to rent for quite a while and today they had an appointment with Ravels Rentals that had listed a house that met their criteria in terms of budget and location. They arrived to their appointment on time, looking forward to take a personal look at the house that they had previously seen only on pictures, they requested to see the house first so they could get an idea of what it looked like from inside but they were denied this with the excuse that they needed to run a credit history report (Hard inquiry) pay a $25 application fee, submit all necessary documentation BEFORE showing them the house. An unpleasant experience. .
