Your workers are horrible and racist everyone writing "good service friendly blah blah" are a bluff or just white. Personal experience today your white male employee was too lazy to swipe a credit card that didn't go through the first time but it did the second time but he sent away your customer and told her to "piss off" when she went to ask for a manager which he responded the manager was not there. Surprise surprise. He was being disrespectful from the start then the next white customers he was very friendly. Now not to be "rude" like your employee today but for someone who's getting paid no more than 9 dollars an hour they have no right to treat ANY customer the way he did today. With the things going on in America today thats one less thing we need from a fast food place.
First time I’ve ever been there, the person in the front was apparently new which is fine I really didn’t mind. I told her my order and said it was to go, I waited a good 20 minutes for my food only for it to be put as eat in. The person in the front told she had some home issues and wasn’t holding up so I said it was fine but when I left I was missing a taco from my crispy chicken quesadilla box. I didn’t go back in as I had left and I don’t even live near there but oh well. Service was way too slow.
A clean, quiet environment and better service than most of the other locations.
The cashier that was there today Nov 5th 2017 an older white male with glasses was extremely rude to me because I swiped my card the wrong way and it didn’t go through and I asked him to try it again and he flipped out on me and said “ I’m not taking your order if you’re using that card again you started my day with problems already “ that was absolutely unacceptable and he could have handled the situation better then when my mom went to speak with the manager about how rude he was about the situation he told her to “ piss off”. I will NEVER be seen at this Taco Bell again. People with that attitude towards customers should not be working at places like that. I have never been treated with such disrespect and I highly suggest the manager should do something about the situation otherwise that man will continue to be rude and unpleasant to others.
Food was very good quality and my meal was prepared with care.
OK, I used to love Taco Bell as kid, then fell in love with Del Taco, but since moving from California, no Del Tacos, boo hoo. I stop into this location almost 30 times a year. The restaurant is always clean, the counter staff friendly, the food as prepared as expected, only disappointed once by portion size. My main problem with this restaurant is although they participate in national campaigns they always charge substantially more, like a $10 pizza at the airport that usually costs $3, a "$5 lunchbox" should be $5, not $6.99 or $6.59 or $7.19... Always makes my meal uncomfortable, the same on "their value menu" no way to really fill up for a reasonable cost. So three stars.
