Our 1st experience with New Milford Hospital was about 18 years ago when they offered a Maternity Birthing Center on the 2nd floor. Being treated like a Person opposed to just a # or Patient # 5 meant a lot to us.

Horrible hospital! Old, low level hospital. Even though they are affiliated with Danbury, it is NOT the same. Do not take your elderly parents to this hospital. Had I listened to their recommendations on two different occasion, my father would be dead. If you live in New Milford, tell the ambulance to drive you to Danbury!

New Milford Hospital has the homey feeling about it. Every employee seems to be attentive and kind. Great place to visit for your medical needs.

Here it is 20years later, I find myself on the 2nd floor, as my Wife is in surgery here writing a review of this Facility. I'm confident in Prayer, I'm confident in the Surgeon, I'm confident my words are not in Vain, & I'm confident that our Healh Care Facilities needs more, GRANTS, & FUNDING, for Equipment, Qualified & Competent Staff, & Continual Research for this Wicked illness called CANCER. BE Brave, STAY Strong, Love Life & most of All... STAY Positive throughout Life, you never know what Tomorrow shall bring, but it's Nice to Know that New Milford Hospital is Here to Stay!!! Thank You Dr. Pilchard, Ty Susan, Ty Cindy, Ty Sasha, Ty Faith, & 1 Last Thing 4 Anyone dealing with CANCER...

CANCER WILL ONLY BE A CHAPTER OF YOUR LIFE...IT WILL NOT BE YOUR WHOLE STORY

As a CT Licensed Non-Medical Home Care service, it is consistently a pleasure to enter this hospital. Again today, from an efficient Security, to (2) friendly Ambassadors at the entrance desk, to the healthiest hospital dining facility I've experienced (FL, GA, NY, CT, RI, VT, NH) to the skilled nursing staff attending ~ so generous, to the physician who chose to call me to attend the discharge meeting, just outstanding! A sincere thank you

This is not my First Rodeo!!!. The care that my family have received from the Nurses, Doctors & Surgeons here at New Milford has truly changed our lives.

Its very difficult when you receive word that your Health may be compromised & major changes must be done in order to live a healthy & long life. The Staff, Faculty, really were sympathetic, took time to explain, & most of all Truly Cared about our Well-Being.

Have had to visit the ER 3 x in the past few months and have found that the Dr sand RN's have been wonderful!! Also the nuclear tests technician is so nice. Would not hesitate to use this hospital again if needed.
