I have used this florist twice now to send flowers to my folks. The first time I ordered online. I found that their prices were more reasonable than other florists in the area, and my parents just raved about how big and beautiful the arrangement was and then later commented several times on how long the flowers lasted - they finally threw the last flowers out three weeks after receiving the arrangement. I ordered by phone the second time and talked with a warm and friendly person who helped my order. When I explained that the plant I was ordering was a birthday present, she offered to put a big bow on the plant, and I just got off the phone with a very happy mother. This florist makes me look good. I'd be a fool to order flowers from anyone else.
Very disappointed with the arrangement I wired to my family in the New Milford area. When I contacted my original florist that sent the wire to complain that the arrangement was disappointing (undersized, poor choice of flowers and wilted), they called Ruth Chase Flowers to talk with the owner. The Ruth Chase person was very difficult to deal with. I will not do business with Ruth Chase Flowers again.

They've stayed open later for me a number of times, helping me out in a pinch, and with the up most professionalism and kindness. The staff is sweet, and knowledgable with their product. Always assisting me with arranging beautiful bouquets. This is a first class business with the charm of feeling more like a neighbor than a customer.
I highly recommend Ruthchase Flowers, they have the best selection of flowers the owner always take the time to make sure my orders are always pleasant I have use ruthchase for a long time for Valentine's , Christmas , thanksgiving, birthdays and other special occasion their floral arrangements are stoning great quality fresh flowers their designers are so nice and friendly and they always do amazing job I love this florist and their shop is so cool and unique well decorated and they have nice selections of plants do not hesitate and visit their location if you are in town.
I had my bridal bouquet and boutonniere designed here and both were above and beyond expectations. I had a very specific idea in mind and had a hard time explaining it, but they are such professionals they got what I was trying to say and executed it to perfection! I would recommend them for any floral needs!
