I'm big on customer service and great service is what I got. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Kay & Erick at the New Milford location. They both were very helpful and made sure I got what suited me best. Kay started my transaction, Erick completed it. He was very helpful and kept a smile on his face. Happy I switched!
Excellent customer service! From start to finish they help me with the whole process, especially the employee Kauser. He was friendly, great energy and walk me through everything. I most definitely will recommend this store to all my family and friends.
Went in today to get a new activation and was helped by a very professional gentleman by the name of Kay. Had a very smooth experience with Kay as he explained and broke down everything to me. I went in to the store to trade in my phone for the Note 8. Kauser and Geovanni were very professional and helpful. They even had patience with me trying to remember my passwords for my Google account. They told me about the new promotions and I took advantage of the Tablet. I also purchased a Gear VR. When it comes to customer service, T-Mobile beats out the competition. These 2 gentleman are the epitome of great customer service.
